Terms of purchase

At, you must be a company or organization to shop.

Products with the Infopoint, Tourist Information or Tourist Info logo may only be ordered by authorized Visita members.

First you need to register an account. The account can be personal or a group that uses the same but a person as account manager.

Orders that can be sent by letter, we charge SEK 35  in shipping for deliveries within Sweden.

Orders that are sent as a package, we charge SEK 350 in shipping regardless of quantity for shipping within Sweden.

Products that must be delivered on pallets are charged for shipping in arrears.

Free shipping from SEK 6,000. For deliveries outside Sweden, please contact us and we will return with the correct shipping cost as it varies depending on weight and where it is to be sent.

Any uncollected package will be charged SEK 250.

We reserve the right to price adjustments and reserve the right to misprint and final sale.

All given prices are excl. VAT.


We normally deliver shipments with DHL, but also with Posten and Schenker in cases where it works better.

Delivery takes place to the nearest Servicepoint if you are a private person or association. If your company is not staffed daily, it may be wise to take the delivery to Service Point for collection, then select “delivery to agent” at checkout. If you want it to a specific agent, other than the one closest to your address, please state this under messages on the order.

If the order is made by a company (Corporate Customer), the shipment is sent to the specified delivery address unless the Service Point service is requested. If no one can receive and receive the shipment (weekdays 8-17), we reserve the right to charge any extra costs.
Delivery usually takes place 1-3 working days after order. When buying customer-unique signs or certain brochure stands, the delivery time is about 10 working days.

All packages are with the agent for 7 days before being returned. NOTE! This is then charged with SEK 150.

Complaint / Return

For all returns due to incorrectly ordered goods or canceled purchases, you are responsible for both delivery and return shipping.
The return should be sent with traceable shipping.

In the case of an incorrect handling or complaint, we are of course responsible for the shipping cost on return.

The terms apply from 1 March 2021


Orders from companies are invoiced according to dispatched orders with 30 days payment time. 

When invoicing, it is sent to the specified e-mail address or by post to the delivery address. For invoices by post, an invoice and administration fee of SEK 25 excluding VAT will be added.

Payment terms 30 days net. Interest on arrears is then paid at 12% and a reminder fee of SEK 65.

Invoicing takes place via Turistbyråshopen Sverige AB.
